Colts' under 20 development side returned to action on Saturday as they made the long journey south to face Second Division Annan Athletic in their first pre season fixture.
The game started well for Colts who settled well in the early stages and found themselves 1-0 up on 14 minutes as McGarahan got himself on the end of a Byrne cross to find the bottom right hand corner. The score remained the same until half time with Colts going in a goal to the good.

The second half got underway which seen Curtis enter the match up front and the young forward had an immediate impact as he made the score line 2-0.
Colts added a third five minutes later as Marc Anthony Byrne powered his way through the Annan defence to then slot the ball into the back of the net.
On 67 minutes Byrne added his second and Colts' fourth from the penalty spot after Curtis was taken down in the box after driving past the Annan full back.
Colts weren't done yet though as full back Milne struck from 25 yards as he curled the ball past the goalkeeper to make it 5-0 win for the Lowland League Development side.
